Hi, my name is Yuliia, and in 2021, immediately after COVID and after spending several months at home, I decided to rent out my two apartments located just outside Milan in Cologno Monzese. The idea was to host people from all over Italy and the world and let them experience Italian-style living.

I worked hard to renovate each apartment and make it welcoming, modern, warm, clean, bright, and full of amenities that represent the modern Italian lifestyle.

I created two beloved places, very special to me and my guests, located at the center of the main roads connecting Milan with all the main destinations in Lombardy and Veneto. Lake Como, Iseo, Garda, Milan City Center, Pavia, Bergamo, Brescia, and Verona are all easily accessible by car or train.

The apartments I rent are of two types: a one-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people and a three-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people.

The one-bedroom apartment is located 150 meters from the nearest green metro station. It's ideal for those who want to get around without a car. A large public parking lot open 24/7 is also located just a few meters from the apartment for those traveling by car.

The two-bedroom apartment is literally surrounded by greenery and is located 1.5 km from the nearest metro station. It's ideal for those traveling by car, as it offers several parking options, including free and secure street parking and a paid garage.

Both options are perfect for tourists visiting Milan and Lombardy, for professionals who need a base in Milan (close to the Mediaset studios), and for those who need access to the services of the San Raffaele Hospital.
